Cable processing with PIA KGM
Fast and extremely flexible processing of large numbers of cables – can also be combined with other assembly tasks. Quickly process wires and cables in a high-volume assembly line system with a high degree of precision and process reliability – PIA developed the basic cable machine (KGM) exactly for this purpose. All the necessary processes especially related to cable production (cutting to length, insulation, soldering, welding, testing, etc.) can be integrated into the KGM. In combination with the various line systems from the PIA modular system, the customer receives an entire cable and assembly line from a single source!
The KGM is suitable for various products in the automotive, consumer goods, photovoltaic and e-mobility sectors. Customer-specific special solutions for high cycle rates can always be developed.
