In addition to the above-mentioned modules of the Industrial App Suite, which are used for data analysis, PIA also offers the piaLineController for current assembly line operation. This database-based process control system is used for optimized production by the assembly line operator, increased transparency by means of an assembly line overview, as well as ensuring traceability and a central parameter and type management.

PIADYNAMICS

piaDynamics was developed to configure and analyze measurement processes. This measuring computer system acquires and processes mechanical and geometric measured values according to the measuring system analysis method 3 in order to subsequently evaluate live and historical data in different display options.
