PIA wins the automation app award and triumphs in the production category

elektrotechnikAUTOMATISIERUNG, in cooperation with ZVEI, presented the automation app award at the SPS trade fair on 11.14.2023. PIA Automation took 1st place in the Production category with the PIA Maintenance App. 

The PIA Maintenance App enables plant operators to make the maintenance process more efficient and precise. It also makes it easier to plan, document and evaluate maintenance work. This contributes to improved production performance, less downtime and ultimately greater customer satisfaction. 

For the first time, the winners were decided by a reader vote rather than a jury. After evaluating the online voting of the trade magazine elektrotechnikAUTOMATISIERUNG, the award was presented at the ZVEI booth at the SPS trade fair in Nuremberg on November 14, 2023. The PIA Maintenance App won in the Production category as a pioneering solution for optimizing maintenance and servicing. 

This award not only recognizes the commitment and outstanding performance of the engineering team, but also confirms that PIA technologies create real added value in the world of industrial automation.
