Productronica 2019

The future of electronics production is smart! productronica which took place at the Munich trade fair site from November 12 to 15, 2019 was proof of this.

Over 1,500 exhibitors from 44 countries presented innovations from the fields of electronics production and development. The trade fair covered trends such as the smart factory and smart maintenance and also looked at how to attract more young professionals and specialists.

PIA Automation shared its booth with other companies from the Mechatronics Cluster and presented its know-how in electronics production, e-mobility and battery management. PIA's Smart Factory contribution was the presentation of the PIA Industrial App Suite: The PIA solution monitors the health of the plant assets and processes and analyzes the historical and online data from the production lines. This allows the identification of correlation of events, which could lead to process blockage and other types of unexpected downtime, therefore helping prevent such problems proactively and thus leading to optimal asset utilization.

The great interest of the visitors showed once again that PIA focuses on the right topics and market segments.

From November 26 to 28 at SPS DRIVE FAIR IN NUREMBERG, PIA Automation will be presenting on the Siemens booth the PIA Industrial App Suite, running on MindSphere.
