New Ways of Digitalization

Claude Eisenmann, Executive Director Digitalization and Software Engineering bei PIA Automation Bad Neustadt will give a presentation about digitalization and IoT at this year’s Automatica.

Short summary of the presentation:

The technical answer PIA Automation gives to different industries such as automotive safety, automotive infotainment, electronics, e-mobility, powertrain components and life science covers the customer requirements towards the smart factory like availability, flexibility, quality and connected services.

Several PIA experts worldwide concentrate on pushing technical innovation and digital transformation using the CoE-approach (Center Of Excellence). Demanding projects such as PIA unified architecture for enhanced modularity and standardization within the smart factory are being developed accordingly. Analytics and KI become more and more important in engineering. PIA Automation offers new producion and analysis tools with highly intelligent algorithms in that sector.

This presentation is particularly interesting for corporations of following industries: Automotive – service providers, system integrators – machinery and plant engineering - measurement, control and automation technology.

Speaker’s background:

Claude Eisenmann is an experienced manager with a widespread international working experience and a demonstrated history of working in the information technology, industrial automation as well as services industry. He is planning and defining the PIA worldwide technical strategy and digital transformation including lean process management, technical architecture, change management and compliance management.
