With Liquid Optical Clear Adhesive Bonding (LOCA bonding), the supreme discipline of optical bonding, a bonding filler is applied between the glass surface and the touch glass behind it, which is distributed evenly and bubble-free between the components. The displays produced in this way are clear and color-intensive, less susceptible to reflections from external light sources and also to soiling. What's more, displays manufactured in this way are more robust - the glass surface, dispensing materials and touch sensor form a stable bond.
