Efficient production system with PIA basic cable machine

At the heart of this line are the PIA basic cable machines (KGM). The line consists of four modules that work together seamlessly in sequence to process the cables for inductive chargers. The modules specialize in stripping, cutting, connecting, and insulating cables ensure consistently high quality and efficiency.

Separate sealing and drying processes

After the cables have been processed, they are further treated in separate sealing and drying modules. Sealing, via dispensing a filler, ensures that the cables are protected from moisture and other environmental influences. They are then gently dried to complete the insulation.

The finished product is therefore suitable for use in wet rooms.

Division of the line into process and feed side

The line is divided into two main areas: the process side and the opposite feed side. Process side:  The processes are accessible and so the ease of maintenance is increased. Feeding side: The other side is optimized for logistics and sub-assemblies and so an efficient material flow and optimum use of the available space is granted.
