PIA @ Virtual Battery Exhibition

At the beginning of July, the "Virtual Battery Exhibition", an online trade fair organised by VDMA (an organization of German machine manufacturers), took place for the first time. More than 2,300 visitors from 60 nations registered for the event, at which 34 exhibitors presented themselves in all aspects of battery production. The guests could especially inform themselves in 42 live lectures via GotoWebinar.

PIA Automation presented its technology for assembly and testing systems for the production of battery modules and packs in a technical lecture. Tamara Sonatore, Head of Sales at PIA Automation in Bad Neustadt, emphasized the profound know-how and experience with machine modules for end-of-line testing. Furthermore, the excellent possibilities with PIA's Industry 4.0 solutions and the PIA Industrial App Suite were presented.

This, and the unique knowledge transfer that PIA realizes with its worldwide group of companies, sets the automation specialist apart from other manufacturers.
