PIA at the Pharmapack
Early February Pharmapack 2020 took place in Paris.
The trade show is Europe’s leading event for the pharmaceutical packaging and drug delivery industry.
Over 400 exhibitors from over 75 countries presented their products, services and know-how to over 5,500 decision makers coming from pharmaceutics, biotechnology and healthcare. The parallel sessions of the conference with renowned industry specialists dealt with current topics like connectivity and patient orientation, medication with digital added-value, etc.
PIA Automation Amberg introduced the new flexible PIA meditec® process module to the general public for the first time. The module attracted maximum attention on both days – especially the PIA own handling and the medically suitable drive system based on B&R's track technology and control platfrom were of particular interest to the visitors.
Pharmapack proved to be the right platform to make PIA more widely known as a partner for the automation of medical assembly systems.
