This requires a well-thought-out design and the use of the latest technologies to provide an efficient and compact solution.
Rotary transfer system as a PIA solution
The system automatically feeds housing components and assembles them with maximum precision. Locking parts are fed and assembled in the pre-locking or locking position to ensure a secure connection. To ensure that no components are missing, the system checks the presence of all individual parts. The position of the interlocks is checked either tactilely or using a vision system. Another vision system ensures that the seals are correctly aligned to guarantee an optimum seal.
