YOUR TASKS

  • Management and coordination of internal Improvement Program´s
  • Reviewing documents and following up on open issues
  • Preparing, following up and taking minutes of meetings and events
  • Creation and maintenance of templates for framework agreements and
    quotation templates for all service and software products
  • Support in operative sales tasks, e.g. proposal preparation and following
    up on existing offers
  • Supporting the Service and Digital Business Development Team in the
    creation of internal and customer-specific presentations.
  • Further development and marketing of digital service offerings with the
    marketing team
  • Create and expand standardized and consolidated reporting
  • CRM - Key User Digital Service
  • Observation and analysis of global service trends, service products and
    market changes

YOUR PROFILE

  • University education, focus Economy and Business or similar
  • Desirable experience in Marketing
  • Desirable experince in Service
  • Experience in management support
  • Project management and presentation
  • Commercial understanding, including budget management, reporting
    and cost analysis
  • Good office skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM
  • German and English fluently spoken and written
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Networking skills and interpersonal Communication
  • Integrity and resilience
