TASKS

• Handling of entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews
• Manage HR-related paperwork, including new hire paperwork, benefit enrolment forms, and termination paperwork
• Performing all HR administrative tasks (employment contracts, vacation policy, reports, assisting with payroll for all employees)
• Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and benefits, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed, tracking, and analysing key HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and engagement
• Developing employer branding strategy and activities
• Ensuring compliance with labour regulations
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Experience in updating and reporting on HR KPIs
• Deep knowledge and practical application of HR regulations and employment-related laws
• Expertise in payroll management and labour law compliance
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• German would be a nice-to-have
• A high degree of responsibility and trustworthiness in handling confidential and sensitive information
• Superior attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple requests, projects, and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A self-starter who can act with minimal supervision and motivate others to do their best work
