Excellent training, which is only available here in this form.
Automation – there is hardly any other area where knowledge and the associated know-how are “exploding” so rapidly.
This is why lifelong learning, on-the-job training and higher qualifications are not just empty words for PIA Automation. We know that we can only maintain our excellent international reputation if we invest in the qualification of our employees. Ongoing training is one of the most important pillars of PIA Automation’s HR policy.
That’s why we host specialist seminars in our PIA Academy, as well as personality training, training courses to increase intercultural skills and work-life balance courses – all free of charge for the company’s own personnel. The PIA Academy is the most important part of personnel development at PIA Automation and regular participation in training and further education events is a key criterion for the company’s internal career development program. In the PIA Academy, we place particular emphasis on implementing the latest findings of learning theory. Three modern principles of effective knowledge acquisition are of central importance:
- Lifelong learning
- Interactive training (with digital media)
- Blended learning (a combination of virtual online learning and face-to-face lessons)
Value-based learning – 2020 olympics
At PIA, we attach great importance to communicating “sober technical facts”, and to promoting a basic attitude that we have defined as our corporate values, which bring success to our company and our employees:
- Confidence and respect
- Openness and honesty
- Passion and ambition
The PIA Academy pursues a holistic approach to employee training, which includes professional expertise and methodical & social skills. Since PIA operates on an international scale, the acquisition of intercultural competence also takes center stage. The best prerequisite for this is the PIA Academy’s global presence across all the company’s sites.
The high professional level of the learning content offered is ensured by the expert trainers who work at the forefront of current projects in the automation industry. The trainers themselves are as varied as the courses on offer, ranging from our own staff to university professors who impart up-to-date scientific and research information to the students.
